Rice pasta is a great way to make a dish more hearty without sacrificing your healthy eating. Traditional pasta made with wheat is substituted here for rice pasta!
I made mine with vegetables I happened to have in the fridge instead of the ones listed in the recipe, and traded the fish sauce and coconut milk for chicken broth and white wine.
